Shay Stone is an Emmy-nominated Animation Director and contributing Animator to Disney’s Oscar-winning Encanto. With over 16 years of experience in film, TV, and games, her credits span top-tier studios, including Nickelodeon, Sony Pictures, and Blizzard, on notable projects such as Hotel Transylvania, The Smurfs, The Last of Us, and more.

 

Beyond animation, she is the author of Be Better Than You (2021) and the founder of Be Better Creative, a consulting agency that helps artists and entrepreneurs thrive in the competitive worlds of art, film, and entertainment.
